Does the SDK require an internet connection?

Yes, the SDK requires internet connectivity the first time it starts up then it will not need it again for about 24 hours.

So you will need internet connectivity the first time and then every 24hrs from then on.

Please note without an internet connection some of the features of the Gimbal platform may also not function e.g. Communicate, Analytics. To retrieve communications (notifications), the SDK requires a internet connectivity.
