Credit cards can be declined for a variety reasons. Our store will give you feedback where available if there is a problem. Most often, a credit card is declined for one of the following reasons:
- Mistyping your credit card number and expiration date
- Not having sufficient credit for the products you're purchasing
- Providing an address that does not match the address on your billing statement
- Providing a phone number that does not match your billing statement
If we've declined your credit card, we recommend you contact the bank that issued you the card by calling the phone number on the back of it.
