When will my order ship?

For orders paid with a credit card, an estimate of when your order will ship is provided at the time of checkout.  Note that this is real-time calculated based on your shipping address, order quantity, products purchased and time of day.

For reference:

• Orders placed before noon/12:00pm Pacific time typically ship by the next business day
• Orders placed after noon/12:00pm Pacific time typically ship within 2 business days
• We'll always work hard to ship your order faster when we're able to

Some additional considerations:

• Partial-case beacon orders take longer:  If you order full case quantities of beacons (1,680pcs for the Series 10, 200pcs for the U-Series 5), it helps us ship your order faster.  Series 21 order quantities don't matter as they come in smaller case sizes
• USPS does not provide reliable shipping estimates and actual transit time varies widely.  If you're concerned about the timeliness of your shipment, please choose FedEx
• We do not ship for Saturday delivery and cannot expedite shipments
• We are closed and observe most US Holidays and holidays are not included in our shipping estimates unless the carrier also observes the same holiday.

Finally, if you select 'Purchase Order' on checkout with your $5,000USD + order instead of paying with a credit card, your delivery estimate will be inaccurate.  While we will reserve the quantity of beacons you've asked for, it will take extra time to manually process your order, obtain your Purchase Order, complete a credit review, and in many cases, invoice and wait for payment before shipping your beacons.
