We email out tracking numbers for most of the day's shipments between 5pm-7pm Pacific Time though sometimes they can be sent sooner. These tracking numbers are sent to the email address you provided at time of purchase.
If you haven't received your tracking number, there are usually two reasons:
- Your order has not shipped out yet. Orders in by noon/12pm Pacific Time typically ship by the next business day. We'll certainly do our best to have them ship sooner if we can - full information on order delivery estimates can be found here: When will my order ship?
- The email with your tracking number was filtered by your email client. Please check your SPAM folder to see if the email is there.
