A "Beacon not found" error message indicates that the beacon factory ID is mistyped or that the beacon has already been activated by another user. Please check with your fellow users/co-workers to confirm that it's not already in use. If they deactivate the beacon, you'll then be able to active it on your account.
If you do not know the owner of the beacon, please Submit a Request and provide us with the beacon Factory ID/Activation Code (of form XXXX-XXXXX) of the beacon you're attempting to activate. We'll contact the beacon's owner to request that it be transferred to you.
