To turn off Communications delivery for a specific app, log into Gimbal Manager > click on 'Applications' on the left menu > click on the app name under 'Client Applications' > click 'Advanced Configuration' > under 'SDK Feature Enablement', select 'Off' next to 'Communicate Delivery'.
